On January 15th at 12:00pm MST registration will open.  An email will be sent to you with a link to the registration portal one hour prior to registration time.  Link will also be posted live on the front page of the website to take you to Entry Form.  The link will take you to a page on the website–you will need to fill out all starred areas, non-starred areas will be required at a later day.   Attached is a copy of the entry form for you to download and fill out, this is all the information that you will need to successfully fill out the form.  (Please do not email this form back to us, everything needs to be filled out online, this is simply an example of the information you need to gather)

Entry is open to the first 100 applicants that successfully complete all entry requirements.  All entries after 100 will be placed on the waiting list in the order that applications are received. (Be advised that there is great interest in the event and it will more than likely sell out fairly quickly.  If you are wanting to participate time will be of the essence for you to get your required materials in)



  1. Filling out a completed entry form onlineat, Official entry will go live on January 15th at 12:00pm MST.  The first 100 riders that fill out entry form online will be guaranteed a spot on the event if all other requirements below are met. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list in order that they are received.


  1. Entry Fee: Entry fee or Deposit must be paid within 72 hours of entry.  Riders will receive a link to a secure webstore via email once entry form is successfully received.  You may:


  1. Two Digital Pictures: Entrants must provide 2 pictures to be placed on the Cross Country Chase website within 7 days of official entry.  One picture must include the competing motorcycle, the second picture can be of your choice.  (Profile Pic, you and other motorcycle, Something that describes you)  This will be under your rider profile on the website (you can send as many as you like at any time to be added and or updated to your profile, however, we must receive them electronically) Send your pictures to

  1. RiderBiography: Entrants must provide a biography for their website profile within 7 days of entry. Send your biography to

  1. Video: Entrants must provide a short video of themselves and the motorcycle or project by April 15, 2022. (This can come in the form of a YouTube link, emailed file, or cell phone texted file to promoter; again you can send as many as you want to update on your online profile) Send your video to

  1. In May of 2022 entrants will also be required to provide the following for the Cross Country Chase Official Program (There are very specific details for this, more information will come to riders at a later date)

Incomplete entries and failure to provide required entry requirements by due date will result in refund of entry fees and the spot will be forfeited.


Note:  Entry fee does not include hotel expenses. Payment for Hotel will be due in June.  It is estimated that the Hotel Package will cost approximately $1650.00 for a single room or approximately $875.00 for a shared room.   Single rooms are limited in some instances and cannot be guaranteed.
