1947 Harley-Davidson EL

Hello, my name is Russ Becker, I am from Austin, Texas and I will be competing my first Chase, on 1947 Harley EL Knucklehead.  I am married to the love of my life Delea, we have two sons, Hiatt, and Crockett.  Together we run our family business here in Austin.  I have been riding motorcycles 50 plus years with most of my experience being off road riding and racing of some type on both modern and vintage motorcycles.  I found out about the Chase in May of 2019 while passing sometime on You Tube at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas.  When God pulls me thru this current calamity, I am going get a bike and ride the Chase.  Sure enough, 7 months later my cancer was gone.  I needed a bike, with the help of Terry Richardson who introduced me to Cole Deister, I found one in short order.  I know little too nothing about Knuckleheads, Cole helped me with the purchase from a collector in Colorado.  Cole, thank you Sir.  My first hand shift bike, limited street riding experience, little mechanical know how on Knuckleheads; what could go wrong?  From where I have been not much, God willing I will see you at the Chase.
