1945 Harley-Davidson UL

My name is Billy Richards and I am riding my 1945 UL. The bike was originally was a police bike in Kansas City and later for Sedalia, MO.  I bought at a swap meet in Kansas City in the early 80’s.  I completed restoration of the Flathead and since then traveled many place on it including the 90^th Harley Davidson anniversary in Milwaukee and Sturgis on a few occasions.
