Vicki Sanfelipo
RN, Health and Wellness Coordinator
Vicki is a Registered Nurse and EMT who cheerfully escorts Cannonball riders across the country, providing medical attention as needs arise. She is the author of “A Crash Course for the Motorcyclist” and established the non-profit organization Accident Scene Management (ASM) in 1996 in order to reduce injuries and fatalities to motorcyclists through First Response training. The organization has grown to become the Leading Motorcycle Trauma Training Organization in the World. She acts as Director of ASM yet today. Vicki had been an RN since 1984 but became an EMT in 1999 to better connect ASM Bystander training to the EMS. She worked for over 25 years in a variety of settings throughout the hospital from Critical Care to the Operating Room. She spent 8 years working as the perioperative educator for Waukesha Memorial Hospital Department of Surgery. She was honored as Nurse of the Year in 2007. Vicki also teaches CPR, Defibrillators, and First Aid through the American Heart Association. She has been riding her own motorcycle for nearly 30 years and has completed the MSF’s Experienced Rider Course. She is a life member of A.B.A.T.E. of Wisconsin, H.O.G. and Road Guardians. Other memberships include the Motorcycle Riders Foundation, BOLT, Patriot Guard, The Iron Butt Association, the American Motorcyclist Association, Diamond Posse, State Motorcycle Safety Administrators and Wisconsin EMS Association.
